I feel happy, and safe. Staff are always there to support me whenever I want.

I love the activities! We are given plenty of choices. I decide and plan my activities.

Staff at El Marsh have been able to quickly integrate with my relative. This in itself is very impressive. My relative is very happy with the service and I am proud of the progress my relative has made in such a short period of time.

The Management team and all staff work aimlessly to support service users. Staff are never far away to tale to. I am very happy with the care and compassion they give my relative and to us as a family.

I have found that all procedures are in order and that all management are very helpful and support all of my needs concerning staff duties and training. At El Marsh are staff have the help and support, most importantly staff help each other and respect all persons involved and concerned.
