At El Marsh Care we offer small, specialist residential services in the Sandwell area, West Midlands. Our goal is to ensure our residents feel safe and at home with us.

What is residential care?

Our residential services are small homes for people whose needs are complex. They may need 1:1 or 2:1 assistance with day to day tasks such as washing, personal care, shopping taking their medication etc.

A residential home is generally run by a registered care manager. Staff members are available 24-hours a day.

Residential care offers the perfect way to give someone as much of that independence back, giving them the added security of care professionals 24- hour support.

Individuals who require a little more support may be better suited to our nursing care or dementia care facilities.

Our staff are dedicated, well-trained and hard-working and go the extra mile to provide residents with the highest quality of care and support whilst ensuring their use a person centred approach to meet personal preferences and capabilities.

Prior to admission, the Registered Care Manager will arrange to meet you and your family on multiple occasions, this could be in the convenience of your own home, or at the care home or other facility. From this initial meeting our Manager will complete an detailed assessment in order start creating a personalised care plan, tailored to the care needs, likes, and dislikes of your loved one.

  • Our residential homes ensure that every individual receives a nutritious and balanced diet.  Our residents are encouraged to be involved in different aspects of meal preparations. Our residents meet weekly with their key worker to plan their menus of choice which reflect each person’s dietary needs.
